職棒假球案　吳健保沒到案入監

前台南縣議長吳健保被控涉入「黑象事件」假球案，上個月已由高等法院判決定讞，吳涉恐嚇球員部分被判刑3年2個月，今天必須入監服刑。但截至上午11時30分，吳健保都沒有出現，檢方將等到今天結束，才會強制拘提。吳的家屬回應，「應該會如期入監。」
 
吳健保被新北市地檢署查出與綽號「雨刷」的蔡政宜及余則彬，從2006年起涉聯合或個別以重金、美色誘惑或暴力威脅等方式，操控當時的職棒兄弟象、中信鯨及La New熊隊部分球員打放水球，此案被稱為「黑象事件」。
 
高等法院8月13日判吳健保恐嚇部分判刑3年2月，必須坐牢，詐欺部分判刑2年3月、得易科罰金；蔡政宜判刑3年8月、得易科罰金，余則彬在審理期間已死亡。
 
台南地檢署襄閱主任檢察官蔡麗宜說，吳健保今天上午10時尚未到案，對此家屬回應，「若沒提出延遲申請，應該會如期入監。」（辛啟松、李恩慈／台南報導）
