《傳產》Q3商用不動產交易總額，近8季新高

【時報-台北電】日前蔡鎮宇的寶豐隆興業公司，以111.65億元買下國泰人壽位於台北市敦化南路一段、仁愛路口的敦南金融大樓部分樓層，使得今年第三季單季的商用不動產成交總額，衝上近8季新高，達298億元、直逼300億元；也一舉超越歷年單季平均成交值245億元的水準，表現亮眼。

高力國際董事李日寶表示，根據最新調查，下半年以來重大的商用不動產交易金額幾乎都集中在台北市，光是成交金額占比就高達68％，為最熱絡的市場。

至於土地市場方面，受到都會區土地資源短缺、建商看淡景氣購地保守，加上政策頻頻干預市場，使得不動產標售市場清淡許多，第三季土地交易量明顯萎縮，單季只有257億元成交，創下2011年第二季以來單季最低值紀錄，同時也低於歷年來單季平均值408億元。（新聞來源：工商即時蔡惠芳）
