（中央社記者汪淑芬台北2014年9月23日電）台灣第1家國籍廉價航空台灣虎航26日開航台北-新加坡。台灣虎航今天展示有台灣字樣及台灣本島造型的機身圖案。

台灣虎航是華航與新加坡虎航合作成立，去年底成立，主要由華航出資，引進新加坡虎航成功經營模式，機身外裝與新加坡虎航類似，但多了台灣元素。

台灣虎航機型為空中巴士A320，3年內將引進12架，每一架都將彩繪Taiwan字樣。

台灣虎航今天舉行開航記者會，介紹彩繪主題為「福爾摩沙雲端上的躍動之心」，台灣字樣是以書法筆觸結合圓潤的英文字型，拼寫出「Taiwan」，展現屬於台灣的文化傳承與新世代活力感，象徵台灣虎航兼具國際專業與在地親民的品牌定位。

台灣虎航也巧妙地以台灣本島輪廓搭配天間的雲朵，象形組合成「T」的字樣，意喻台灣虎航從台灣出發，穿越天際，遨遊天下的抱負。

另在色彩配置運用上，選擇台灣虎航的企業標準亮橘色為基底。
