殺警案爆警紀疑雲 廉署分案

（中央社記者劉世怡台北22日電）台北巿刑警薛貞國遭毆致死案，衍生出警政風紀疑雲。廉政署今天收到警方調查報告後說，將分案偵辦，案由為瀆職。

台北市刑警薛貞國14日在夜店遭圍毆致死，後續衍生出警政風紀疑雲。

台北巿警局19日公布懲處，莊姓偵查佐申誡一次、鄭姓小隊長記過一次、申誡一次、信義偵查隊長蔡金龍記過一次。

廉政署今天指出，已收到警方調查報告並分案「廉查」，交由北部調查組著手偵辦，案由為瀆職。1030922
