寶島債發行熱 年增上看25%

櫃買中心董事長吳壽山指出，隨著人民幣存款愈來愈多，寶島債的發行也很熱絡，今年以來已發行金額達人民幣108億元，8月底發行金額已超過去年全年水準，推估第四季還會有業者提出寶島債的發行申請，全年寶島債年增率上看25%。

吳壽山表示，櫃買中心推出人民幣計價的寶島債商品後，隨著國內企業在中國投資增加，人民幣存款增加，跟人民幣相關的商品需求量也跟著攀升，今年以來發行人愈來愈多樣化，發行金額也比去年成長，也顯現出國內的寶島債推動已見成效。

以9月分為例，新發行的6檔寶島債券，發行主體分別為中國銀行台北分行及中國建設銀行台北分行，為陸銀在台分行的發行首例，並為首兩檔於國內集保結算所登錄的國際發行人。另外，中國工商銀行新加坡分行業已向本中心申請發行20億元寶島債，並預定9月23於日台、星雙掛牌。

吳壽山也指出，隨著國內人民幣存款持續增加，寶島債的發行空間也會跟著攀升，隨著更多的發行人來台發行寶債券，將可提供投資人更多元的資產配置選擇。
