壽險行動服務 伺候客戶

智慧型手機、平板電腦當道，壽險公司紛紛拚業務員教育訓練及行銷服務e化。中國人壽昨（14）日宣布，推出業務員專用的平板電腦App「i-Share」，以及智慧型手機App「i-Link」，提供行動化服務；三商美邦人壽亦規劃針對業務員教育訓練，推出MOD頻道。

中壽開發給業務員平板電腦使用的App「i-Share」，分為展業行銷、客戶管理、行動教室等三大功能，可為保戶規劃完整的商品建議書，並設有GPS定位功能，讓業務員快速規劃每日拜訪保戶的最佳路徑。

至於用於智慧手機的App「i-Link」，則提供目前業界相當流行的訊息推播功能，包括富邦等業者也已推出。
