代同事發文求教神人們以下問題
懇請大家協助幫忙解答
事情是這樣：同事購買的預售屋在交屋後
在不足一個月內發生因衛浴設備損壞而造成全室淹水泡水
造成整戶裝潢與各式已搬入的日常用品泡水毀損……
故想請教大家，除要求建商全數賠償裝潢修繕費與日常物品電器損害賠償外
身為消費者的她，還有何權益需維護？與要如何向建商提出具體賠償？
而另一個問題是她如何有效要求建商履行房子在保固內所有的損害賠償
新房子尚未入住就成泡水屋……她蠻苦瓜的
