（中央社記者王朝鈺基隆2014年9月6日電）餿水油事件持續延燒，基隆老店李鵠餅店在官網上道歉，並表示有問題的綠豆沙餅與咖哩酥餃，自3月1日到9月4日購買消費者，憑發票可退貨。

李鵠餅店在官網聲明表示，只有綠豆沙餅與咖哩酥餃使用全統香豬油，9月4日看電視知道出問題後，馬上更換別家的油，且將兩項商品全面下架。其他如鳳梨酥、蛋黃酥都沒有問題。

對於誤用全統香豬油，李鵠餅店向消費者致歉，同時發票日期自3月1日到9月4日購買商品的消費者，憑發票可退貨。沒有商品也可憑發票辦理退款；發票遺失只有商品，則視個案處理退款。有退貨疑問可電（02）24278007專線詢問。

中秋佳節將至，由於李鵠餅店全省僅此一家，別無分店，往年秋節前，位於基隆市仁三路的門市都是大排長龍，不少到基隆廟口夜市消費的民眾都會順道購買，分送親朋好友分享，這兩天依然人潮不減。

對於有商品扯上餿水油，走訪現場門市辦理退貨的人不多；多數基隆民眾對這家創立清光緒年間的百年老店情有獨鍾，都覺得「從小吃到大，中秋過節沒李鵠很奇怪」、「都吃那麼久了，安啦，免緊張」。
