化學船樹脂外洩 泓達擬賠償

中油公司石化事業部前鎮儲運所今天表示，昨天發生的「高雄港化學船樹脂外洩事件」，泓達化工公司也要負起責任。

中油表示，前鎮儲運所有將油槽租給泓達化工，這起事件就是泓達化工昨天要出口精製樹脂液時，在樹脂液從岸邊運輸到化學輪「Tiger Winter號」途中外洩，屬於「船上操作人員疏失」。由於「Tiger Winter號」是泓達化工透過船務代理公司找來的，因此，不論是船公司或是泓達化工都要負起責任。

另外，泓達化工人員也在今早前往中油前鎮儲運所，討論後續賠償事宜。據了解，泓達化工將透過保險理賠的方式，賠償因吸入有毒氣體而引發身體不適的民眾。
