男隔海買兇殺妻　悍妻嚇走大圈仔

新竹縣一名陳姓丈夫(35歲)，5年前到大陸江蘇省娶回周女，帶回台灣定居，2人並育有1子。不過，周女因個性強勢，不斷與同住的婆婆發生摩擦，甚至經常對婆婆口出惡言，對婆婆不敬，也讓夾在妻子及媽媽的陳男難為，夫妻也因此感情不佳。
 
由於周女不滿丈夫不挺她，去年9月間與夫吵架後離家，，不顧老公呼喚逕自返回江蘇老家，令陳男氣憤不平。陳男在10月間竟在網路騰訊QQ聊天室PO願買凶殺妻。中國籍楊姓男子與陳男接觸後，表示願以10萬人民幣受僱殺周女。
 
陳男多次從銀行匯款到中國大陸15餘萬台幣給對方做為頭款，今年3月間中國籍楊男再委托田、鄭2男前往周女老家。只是2人未帶任何凶器，僅誆騙周女前來拿周父的東西，結果禁不起周女盤問即露餡，2人竟拔腿逃跑。周女事後報公安逮人，逮捕3人。陳男自知法網難逃，今年3月19日向新竹檢方自首。

新竹地院審理，由於陳男已與周女和解，並獲妻原諒，且陳男也依承諾搬離家中，與妻同住，因此法官審酌陳男犯後坦承犯行，悔悟向妻道歉，因此依殺人未遂罪判3個月徒刑，得易科罰金9萬元，緩刑3年。(楊勝裕／新竹報導)
