汽油桶灌水泥封屍　主謀陳祐豎判無期

震驚全國的桃園男子陳文軒遭擄人撕票，主謀陳祐豎（40歲）去年3月下旬，指示軍師溫錦程（39歲）率同手下鄭志偉（29歲）、陳世偉（35歲）等人，穿著印有「刑警」字樣背心，喬裝警察到陳家，亮出偽造「搜索票」，把陳從家中押走，勒贖1千萬元不成，隔天撕票封屍，丟棄觀音鄉池塘裡。
 
全案桃園地院昨天審結，依擄人勒贖殺人罪判處陳祐豎、鄭志偉各無期徒刑，其餘6名共犯判3 到15年不等有期徒刑，全案可上訴。（石明啟／桃園報導）
