神鵰俠侶反目　控東京著衣冒名買關鍵字

東京著衣董事長鄭景太與前妻執行長周品均糾紛案再添一樁，周品均指控東京著衣將她解職後，竟用她的姓名購買雅虎關鍵字廣告，讓網友只要打「周品均」三字，就會連結到「東京著衣」網站，趁2人離婚糾紛沸沸揚揚時，利用她的名字來增加東京著衣知名度，侵害她姓名權，求償500萬元，並要求登報道歉。

台北地院今天首次開庭，雙方都委由律師出庭，被告東京著衣及鄭景太的律師說，東京著衣有沒有利用周的名義買關鍵字廣告，要回去查一查，但認為周品均姓名權沒因此受損，並指控周品均是因今年3月遭前夫控告誹謗，在前夫要求500萬元和解金後，周才提出此訴訟反制，有點藉勢藉端的意味。

因雙方無共識，法官將先向雅虎公司查詢，東京著衣有無用周的姓名買關鍵字廣告，訂9月5日再度開庭。（劉志原╱台北報導）
