七合一選務忙？ 選監人員難尋

今年底七合一選舉將選出一萬一千多位公職人員，選監人員預估須廿萬人。中選會主委張博雅最近向行政院反映，不少公教人員認為這次選務較繁重，致選監人員遴派出現困境；中央除調高選監人員津貼，也行文教育部及地方政府，鼓勵公教人員擔任選監人員。

張博雅在行政院會反映，依選罷法規定，投開票所主任管理員、主任監察員及半數以上管理員必須是現任公教人員，如果不能召募到十萬公教人員擔任選監工作，即屬違法。

張博雅說，有地方選委會反映，不少公教人員以為這次七合一選舉，是要投七張票，工作一定很繁重，責任也大，造成選監人員召募的困境；但其實，投開票所最多只有五張選票，且直轄市最多只有三張選票。
