偷排強酸廢水 桃縣府勒令停工

（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園2014年7月17日電）桃園縣蘆竹市一家從事印刷電路板公司疑似排放強酸廢水，今天被環保局認為情節重大，依違反水污染防治法，勒令停工。

桃園縣政府環境保護局今天表示，環保局人員從昨天深夜起稽查南崁溪沿岸的多家工廠，其中在行經蘆竹市蘆興路時，發現一家公司的雨水溝排出不明微黃色廢水，經採樣檢測pH值為3.4，屬於強酸性廢水。

稽查人員進入工廠後，發現工廠將暗管埋入地下，以躲避檢查，但經抽絲剝繭後，發現工廠將廢水經由暗管繞流排出廠外，明顯刻意違法。

環保局依違反水污染防治法，重罰新台幣40萬元，而且認定這家公司蓄意利用夜間偷排未經處理的廢水，違規情節重大，勒令停工，且責令廠方立即封管，不得排放廢水。

環保局指出，這家公司從事印刷電路板製造業，領有桃園縣政府核發的廢水排放許可證，但為了節省廢水處理成本，竟利用夜間偷排廢水，嚴重污染南崁溪。
