台中市西屯區派出所，今晚8時許，接獲民眾報案，稱一名男子疑似被多名歹徒毆打，警方獲報後趕赴現場，發現一名男子倒臥在地，經清查身分，為槍砲通緝犯，其他涉嫌毆打的歹徒，開車逃逸，警方進行圍捕，最後在西屯區西屯路口前，攔到歹徒。

台中市第六警分局西屯派出所表示，被毆打的是潘姓男子（29歲），因違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例遭通緝，民眾目擊打人的有3至4人，逮回徐姓男子（33歲），一名嫌犯開車逃逸，警車另外在西屯路攔截到鄭姓男子（38歲），警方在鄭駕駛的車內，起獲少量k他命。

警方表示，已逮回兩名涉案嫌犯，釐清案情中，嫌犯供稱，會毆打潘男是金錢債務糾紛。
