詐差旅費 少校軍醫判3年

陸軍北測中心碩士學歷38歲莫姓少校軍醫，涉嫌利用辦理營區飲用水送驗業務機會，虛報差旅費，詐領3次共2165元，昨天被新竹地方法院依違反貪污治罪條例判刑3年、褫奪公權3年，貪小錢付出慘痛代價。

莫姓少校供稱，確實都請人代送，因出差頻繁，不確定是哪一筆，事後都是陳姓上尉代申請差旅費，絕沒有要詐領意圖。
