反服貿集會人數 警政署：最多700餘人

警政署表示，「民主黑潮學生聯盟」成員於21日在立法院群賢樓前舉辦「服貿週年忌，人民不忘記」集會活動，已於23時32分宣布活動結束，20時許參與群眾最多約700餘人，狀況平和。
