青少年聚集嬉鬧　施放信號火把引恐慌

新北市土城區有一群青少年聚集在明德路一處空地上嬉鬧，今晚8時許，其中一名青少年竟不顧他人安危，突然施放一枚信號火把，陣陣的濃煙和火光引起附近居民注意和恐慌，連忙拍下畫面並報警前來制止處理，這群鬧事的青少年聽聞警笛聲，隨即騎車一哄而散。
 
警方抵達現場後，除了發現一枚引燃過的信號火把外，還發現空一輛可疑機車倒在地上，所幸並無人員傷亡，警方已封鎖現場進行採證，並將調閱附近監視器追查涉案青少年到案說明。（陳韋劭／新北報導）
