洪仲丘案進入二審 周一開庭

洪仲丘案家屬及檢方不服一審判決，因此提起上訴，台灣高等法院二審，26日上午9:30將首度開庭。

陸軍下士洪仲丘案今年3月7日一審判決出爐，18名被告全被輕判，除了連長徐信正遭判處有期徒刑8個月之外，其餘12名被告包括旅長沈威志都被判處3到6個月有期徒刑，得易科罰金，另外5名管理士獲判無罪，引發社會各界嘩然，也讓家屬難以接受。

洪仲丘的姊姊洪慈庸表示，這個判決看不出誰要為仲丘的死負責，也無法符合社會期待，仲丘也不能接受，也不相信軍中以後不會再出現類似的情形。家屬不服一審判決，檢方也以「量刑」和「死因判定」等兩大理由提起上訴。

根據《中央社》報導，二審將於26日上午9:30首度開庭，審判長蘇素娥、受命法官梁耀鑌、陪席法官鄭水銓組合議庭。
