【時報-台北電】越南商工部長武輝煌上周五低調來台，此行主要是擔任越南總理特使，針對越南暴動波及台商，來台向我政府表達越方道歉之意。經濟部長張家祝今(26)上午11點與武輝煌於經濟部會談，截至下午1點為止，會議仍持續進行。據了解，經濟部傍晚可能會對外說明會談結果。

今日與會人員還包括經濟部次長沈榮津、經濟部投資處長連玉蘋、越南駐台代表裴仲雲等人。

武輝煌今上午與張家祝見面，除表達道歉外，雙方也會就後續賠償如何進行，原則性交換意見。據悉，我方交提交給賠償明細清單中，包括增列對從事來料加工外銷的受損台商，給予免徵營利事業所得稅，不僅只提供營業稅免稅；越方僅提供燒毀原物料進口免稅，但我方再增提再進口機器設備也應予免關稅。

武輝煌5月中旬才跟經濟部長張家祝在大陸青島的APEC經貿部長會議場域見面，當時張家祝曾交給武輝煌兩封信，表達台灣的嚴正立場，對於台商工廠遭越南暴民毀壞，造成嚴重財務損失，武輝煌當時也親自向張家祝表達遺憾與歉意。(新聞來源：工商即時劉靜瑀)
