輪胎氣爆遭扳手打到頭　上兵命危

嘉義縣中庄營區上兵吳岱誠（20歲）等4人，駕油罐車到嘉義市世賢路一家修車廠換裝輪胎，當腀胎平放地面灌氣時，吳姓上兵正好站在輪胎中間的輪框上，卻因輪胎突然氣爆，疑似被彈出的輪胎L型扳手打到頭，導致他彈飛倒地，頭部受重傷。

上兵被緊急送到嘉義基督教醫院急救，經醫院開刀，右眼受傷嚴重恐有失明之虞、顱內破裂出血不止，緊急送進開刀房手術，有生命危險，目前在加護病房密切觀察中。

車廠員工林嘉哲（29歲）右手撕裂傷，經縫合後已自行離院。陸軍機械化步兵第234旅上校黃鍾昌獲知，下午前往醫院探視並慰問家屬。（徐彩媚、簡志偉／嘉義報導）
