通霄鎮長徐永煌被檢舉涉及設計、工程借牌圍標圖利廠商弊案，徐永煌應訊時否認介入與知情借牌圍標等不法，檢方昨天以貪汙重罪、有串證及逃亡之虞，將他與合作的李姓廠商聲請羈押，但晚間9點多法院已先裁定徐永煌請回。
