（中央社記者田裕斌台北2014年5月7日電）台灣證券交易所表示，除金控外的上市公司今年第 1季財報公告申報期限5月15日，金控則為5月30日；為避免屆時網路流量壅塞，上市公司宜及早辦理公告申報。

證交所提醒，上市公司應同步公告申報「格式化財務報告」與「財務報告電子書」，以利投資人參閱上市公司完整資訊；且上傳至公開資訊觀測站的財務報告電子書，有關會計師之查核報告及4大表核章等部分，應上傳已掃瞄相關人員簽章的文件，與實體財務報告一致。

此外，上市公司併同實體財報檢送的財務報告公告申報檢查表，應採用金融監督管理委員會5月1日新修正版本，相關內容證交所前已通函所有上市公司，並置於證交所網頁市場公告項下供上市公司參考。
