遭控假公益真斂財　學運女王出面澄清：絕對沒有！

擁有「太陽花學運女王」封號的劉喬安，自稱創立「愛飛翔兒少關懷協會」，但近日卻遭前協會成員爆料，協會至今尚未向政府申請立案，她就以協會名義到處募款、募物資。劉喬安8日出面澄清，她表示，因想幫弱勢朋友，才會透過臉書轉發物資，但絕對未有任何募款的行為。

劉喬安8日在律師與市議員許淑華的陪同下召開記者會，劉喬安表示，去年8月向內政部申請籌組公益社團法人，以得到獲准，仍在籌備當中，但因接觸弱勢族群，發現他們物資缺乏，但協會成員經費有限，因此透過臉書向外界請求協助，絕對沒有募款等不法行為。

而劉喬安律師說，日前劉喬安坦言過程中確時有瑕疵，是指遭到大家疑慮，有必要澄清，若日後再有人未經查證而抹黑，將會提告。

劉喬安說，自己不是公眾人物，不希望隱私生活曝光在公眾面前，希望媒體能放過她。
