國際比較計畫（ICP）周二發布聲明表示，依據「採購力對等」(Purchasing power parity,PPP)的計算方式，2011年中國的經濟規模已達美國的87％，較2005年的43％顯著攀升。
ICP計畫的相關組織包括世界銀行、聯合國等機構。
