2.3周前因定速器一直有問題.雖經另一保養廠處理過.

但不見改善.後聽說中和所保修方面做得很好就電話約定進廠

過程從安排時間到接待.維修都非常順利.而且一經檢查確定故障

就自動幫我換新.一點也不囉嗦!

真的感謝接待的陳先生.跟那位高高壯壯的師傅.謝謝你們熱誠的服務!

這個感謝來的這麼遲.是因昨天接到總公司的電話調查.我從頭到尾都是滿意.

滿意... 心想試不是也該上來表示一下謝意.給工作人員打打氣.於是就

.........

誠心建議車主有不滿之處當然應該說出來.但有滿意之處也表示一下謝意.

對工作人員的士氣會有很大的激勵!
