Windows7 32bit 滑鼠按右鍵問題

之前看影片會突然畫面卡住然後當掉。接著就一直重新開機，重開了十幾次之後，在任一處按右鍵就發現會顯示出這個東西。不知道該如何是好!?

顯示出一個錯誤方塊
