【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】美國總統歐巴馬在抵達馬尼拉後表示，美國周一將宣布對俄羅斯祭出新的制裁措施，將鎖定與烏克蘭危機有關的個人與企業。預料歐盟將跟進，加大對俄國的制裁力道。歐巴馬亦表示，美國與其盟友亦將考慮進一步制裁俄國的下一階段行動，將鎖定如銀行業與國防業等經濟領域。
