歐盟東擴以來 德經濟受惠多

歐盟在2004年5月1日新增了10個會員，這些東歐、南歐和波羅的海國家加入讓德國經濟受惠。德國工商總會（DIHK）主席施懷澤指出，過去這些年德國業界增加了上百萬項工作機會。

施懷澤（Eric Schweitzer）指出，過去10年德國業界在這些國家的投資總額高達730億歐元，德國自這些會員國進口貨物及勞務總值估計達1億1000萬歐元。

他表示，德國與這些國家之間的經貿交流更頻繁，也有助於歐洲的安定和經濟成長。

2004年加入歐盟的國家包括愛沙尼亞、拉脫維亞、立陶宛、波蘭、捷克、匈牙利、斯洛伐克、斯洛維尼亞、塞浦路斯和馬爾他。當時歐盟會員國人數由15國增加為25國。
