撞府男張德正恐嚇前妻 改判7月

駕駛砂石車衝撞總統府的張德正，因恐嚇前妻，一審被判8月，並因和解獲宣告緩刑4年，但由於張德正未能屢行和解條件，經檢方上訴，台北地院審理後，上午將張的緩刑宣告撤銷，改判7月徒刑，得易科罰金確定。

犯下國內史上第一起駕駛砂石車衝撞總統府的張德正，因與妻子感情不睦，在4年前離婚，張被控於離婚後，從民國100年底，共7次以簡訊、1次以書信方式，恐嚇前妻，並要求一定必須回覆簡訊，若前妻不從，揚言要散發「內容很精彩的傳單」，事後，張德正果真在前妻住家附近，沿路發放或以投入信箱的方式，散布林女幼年遭家暴的不堪往事。

張德正因涉及恐嚇案，一審簡易法庭判處8月有期徒刑，但因張德正認罪，並同意分期付款賠償25萬元，與前妻達成和解，獲宣告緩刑4年。

今年初，張德正自稱不滿官司判決不公，憤而駕駛砂石車衝撞總統府，震驚社會。他與前妻的恐嚇官司經檢方上訴後，在法院開庭時，張的前妻表示，張德正支付4萬元和解金後，就未再繼續付錢，另於去年7月，持續傳簡訊恐嚇她，並將衝撞總統府歸咎於她，讓她很害怕，當庭哭訴希望張德正放過她，請求法院撤銷緩刑。
