索尼影業與美泰兒聯手將推出「芭比娃娃」真人版電影

　　全球知名玩具商美泰兒（Mattel）與索尼影業合作，預定將拍攝一部芭比娃娃（Barbie）的真人版電影。目前尚未發表預定推出時間。

　　由 Ruth Handler 發明的芭比娃娃於1959 年 3 月 9 日舉辦的美國國際玩具展覽會上首次曝光，之後陸續推出各種不同的版本，是 20 世紀最廣為人知及最暢銷的玩偶。跟據一份統計數字指出，芭比娃娃在超過 150 個國家銷售，並已售出超過 10 億盒。

　　根據編劇 Jenny Bicks 透露，電影版作品的舞台將會是在現代，主角芭比將會運用她個人的專長來幫助他人改善自己的生活，就有點類似現代版的《歡樂滿人間》一樣。而除了主角芭比之外，她的男友肯尼以及她的好友也將在作品中登場。
