性侵自摑「打到妳原諒」　苦肉計換交往

1名未滿14歲的少女，去年12月翹家後到友人家中玩耍，透過友人認識1名王姓男子，少女當天隨即到王男家中借住，並將自己的第一次獻給王男。過了幾天，王男約少女出遊，卻將少女帶到汽車旅館，企圖再與少女嘿咻，但遭少女拒絕，王男不顧少女大喊「不要」硬上，但之後又自摑認錯獲原諒，雙方一度成了男女朋友，多次嘿咻，直到去年耶誕節前才分手。
 
被害人指控，2人認識不到1個月，就7度嘿咻，其中1次在汽車旅館遭王男性侵後，王男因恢復理智、心生愧疚，還不斷自打巴掌向她道歉，並指「打到妳原諒我為止」。而她原諒後，也和王男成為男女朋友，陸續在王男家中、朋友家嘿咻。
 
由於王男僅坦承與被害人嘿咻5次，並坦承其中1次嘿咻後，曾向被害人道歉，檢方因而認定王男曾性侵被害人，今依4個與未成年人性交罪、1次加重強制性交罪予以起訴。(賴又嘉／台北報導)
