【苦勞網】淡海二期自救會環保署守夜

【苦勞網記者孫窮理／台北報導】淡海新市鎮二期開發案進入二階環評，環保署將於今天（4/24）上午舉行範疇界定會議，淡海二期反徵收自救聯盟從昨晚開始，在環保署前舉辦晚會及守夜活動，安排演唱、演奏及短講。聯盟成員王鐘銘表示，範疇界定會議將討論未來環評要調查、評估的範圍，是確定二階環評遊戲規則的重要會議，是法規所規定讓民眾可以直接參與的機制，上午，相關人士及專家學者都可正式與會，聯盟成員在天亮後，將進入會場表達意見。
