醫師娘感謝前夫不究責　檢：沒收到撤告狀

《壹週刊》今報導新北市一名醫師娘「小凝」（化名）指稱遭男子王全好（42歲）凌虐、囚禁226天，甚至慘遭性侵懷孕，上周新北地檢署拘提王男到案，訊後諭令交保。週刊還指醫師娘上周已和劉姓醫師簽字離婚，並提到她和前夫的感情「早就淡了，…謝謝他撤銷之前控告我通姦等所有刑事告訴。」
 
據悉，劉姓醫師曾指控王男誘拐妻子離家，並控告兩人通姦等多項罪名，但據了解，新北地檢署至今仍未接獲劉姓醫師撤告通姦，相關案件目前仍持續進行中，只是檢察官考量醫師娘有孕在身，且即將臨盆，近期暫不會傳她出庭。（法庭中心／新北報導）
