Google：若三星敗訴 願幫忙賠償

最新證據顯示，蘋果和三星的最新智慧手機專利權大戰，可能也是蘋果和Google之間的對決。

蘋果22日公布Google律師麥康（James Mccoun）的書面證詞。麥康確認，如果三星被判敗訴，Google願意承擔部分訴訟費用與賠償金。

蘋果控訴三星手機侵害五項專利權，求償22億美元，其中四項專利和Google Android系統功能有關。三星則是反控蘋果侵害兩項專利，索賠700萬美元。
