關於原使用iphone換新機SONY Z1後，LINE的問題

請問大家，

我原本是使用iphone 3GS，近期換成新機SONY Z1後

1、原本在iphone裡面LINE的文字紀錄，可以轉換到Z1裡面嗎？

2、假如不能轉換，若直接在新手機上重新使用LINE，舊手機裡面的LINE是否就不能使用了？
