談林義雄 陳菊：總統應授權政院處理

高雄市陳菊今天說，六縣市首長原本希望與總統對談有關林義雄的事，不過總統府認為這是行政院的權宜，陳菊認為如由行政院處理，希望總統能充分授權，才能與行政院溝通。

陳菊是在高雄市府辦理高雄環狀輕軌舖軌典禮中，再度提到林義雄，她說，林義雄為核四絕食的事，非常緊急，總統府既然認為法制上應屬行政院，她建議馬總統就應該充分授權給行政院處理。
