南市府：龍燈動工建廠應先釋疑

（中央社記者張榮祥台南2014年4月17日電）龍燈生技計畫在台南市新化區建廠，動土時曾引爆抗爭。市府今天發表聲明「龍燈未對外釋疑前，不應動工」。

龍燈生技1日在新廠預定地舉辦動土典禮，當地居民因懷疑龍燈新廠將生產農藥相關製品，集結抗議，一度衝進會場，還和員警、保全人員發生拉扯。居民揚言將持續抗爭，不會讓工廠動工。

龍燈在新化設廠一事，已在網路上傳開，有人號召18日晚上在新化武德殿靜坐抗議。市府昨天下午發表聲明，要求龍燈應儘速召開說明會釋疑。

市府今天中午再度發表聲明指出，龍燈未向市府申請設廠許可，市府核發的是「一般廠庫」建造執照，和設廠許可是兩件事。

市府表示，龍燈是上市公司，由經濟部招商返台投資，也經投審會審議通過投資計畫，但相關疑慮未釐清前，市政府認為龍燈不應動工，應盡速對外說明溝通。

市府強調，任何公司到台南投資，市府會依法嚴格把關，不會犧牲環境生態和市民健康權益。
