賣房沒說是凶宅 屋主起訴

台中市王姓男子與友人「阿海」，7年前以不到800萬元投資買下一棟凶宅，原屋主兒子還告知王，他的父親在屋內上吊自殺，「阿海」辦多次法會，「阿海」後因繳不出房貸，王2年前將凶宅以1500萬元賣給劉，劉經鄰居告知才知所購房子是凶宅，台中地檢署昨依詐欺罪起訴王男。

起訴書指出，王男（57歲）明知所購透天厝曾發生非自然身故事件，在101年10月間委託不知情陳姓仲員出售，在「不動產標的現況說明書」中的「本建築改良物專有部分於賣方產權持有期間是否曾發生凶殺或自殺致死的情事？」欄中勾選「否」。
