公牛簽火箭棄將 將提升防守

芝加哥公牛本季在沒有羅斯(Derrick Rose)的劣勢之下，由全能中鋒諾亞(Joakim Noah)領軍，維持住東區第四種子的位子，為了備戰比賽強度更高的季後賽，球團又簽下前火箭棄將布魯爾(Ronnie Brewer)，想要將球隊的防守戰力再提升。

公牛一向展現超強的團隊防守戰力，平均每場只讓對手有91.6分，是全聯盟失分最少的球隊，不過火力上並不猛烈，平均只有93.4分是聯盟墊底，眼看季後賽將近，球團並未補強進攻端，反而是想將防守再提升一個檔次。

球隊簽下現年29歲的防守大鎖布魯爾，他過去自2010年開始，效力過尼克、雷霆和火箭，可惜都未受到重用，在火箭隊時期，幾乎都被冰在板凳，最後也難逃被釋出的命運，所幸在季後賽前受到公牛青睞。

據NBC Sports報導指出，布魯爾在防守端的確可以為公牛帶來不少貢獻，特別是針對後場和鋒線的防守，而季後賽更講求防守，布魯爾可說是公牛陣中重要的板凳戰力。

但其實布魯爾在火箭時期便不難發現，他遲遲找不到投籃感覺，進攻效率上恐是公牛頭大的問題點，且是否能夠融入總教練席波杜(Tom Thibodeau)的體系也是一大疑問，故記者費德曼(Dan Feldman)猜測，這並不會是公牛在季後賽前的最後補強，很有可能還會找來具備攻擊戰力的球員。
