蘆竹科技廠排鹼水 依法裁罰

（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園2014年4月1日電）桃園縣蘆竹鄉一家專營金屬表面處理業的科技公司，涉嫌排放鹼性廢水，今天被依違反水污染防治法告發，裁罰新台幣27萬元。

桃園縣政府環境保護局今天表示，稽查人員在南崁溪蘆竹段巡察時，發現一家科技公司的放流口有廢水排出，且顏色異常，經檢測水質後pH值9.2，屬鹼性廢水，立刻進廠稽查。

環保局表示，這家從事金屬表面處理業科技公司未採取任何緊急應變措施，任由廢水溢流排出廠外，污染南崁溪，依違反水污染防治法告發，處以27萬元罰鍰，並監督現場改善。

業者供稱因為抽水馬達跳電故障，導致廢水溢流，並非蓄意排放。

環保局表示，這家科技公司以生產喇叭金屬支架、車用零件、金屬塑膠包覆射出類型的電子零件為主，領有桃園縣政府核發的廢水排放許可證，卻擅自經由雨水溝繞流排放鹼性廢水，不符合放流水標準，依法裁罰。
