清明食品抽驗 基隆1件潤餅皮不合格

清明節將至，基隆市衛生局3月中抽查轄內販賣的刈包、花生粉及紅龜粿等10件應景食品，僅1件潤餅皮不合格，驗出二氧化硫（漂白劑）每公斤0.06公克，有氣喘病的患者若食用過量，可能會誘發哮喘與呼吸困難。

衛生局表示，此次檢驗項目包含防腐劑、有毒物質、黃麴毒素、著色劑與漂白劑，抽檢地點囊括市場、攤商及食品行。本市業者自製糕粿、購自外縣市製品各5件，除了位於成功一路騰達切麵店販售的潤餅皮不符標準外，其於9件均合格。

由於業者供稱不合格的潤餅皮非自製，卻也沒有進貨單據可供查核，衛生局暫時無法得知來源，先依食品安全衛生管理法「無法提供上游供貨商」開罰3萬元，並持續向上遊追查。

衛生局長吳澤誠提醒，民眾購買祭拜食品，盡量選擇新鮮現做的產品，或選擇包裝完整、標示清楚、較具信譽的品牌，保護自身健康，即使出問題也不會求償無門，確保自身權益。
