【獨家】裸照門風波　女模前男友散布判刑

裸照門首判刑！今年初網路上流傳多名女模的不雅照，檢警循線追查，發現散布江姓女模不雅照的，竟是她的前男友王紹宇，檢警還發現王男不僅散布江姓女模不雅照，他的陳姓前女友也受害，王男到案後坦承犯行，但僅願賠2名被害人共30萬元，士林地院以散布猥褻影像罪，判處王男3月徒刑，得易科罰金9萬元，並沒收犯案的筆記型電腦。

《蘋果》致電江女，江女平靜表示：「他的行為很誇張，希望他藉此得到教訓」，江女也透露近日心情已平復，希望不雅照事就此打住。

判決指出，王男（30歲）在2010年到2012年間，利用先後和2人交往機會，拍攝不雅照，並在家使用電腦，以女性身分匿名登入網路聊天室，結識男網友，並將不雅照傳給10多名網友觀賞。

25歲的江姓女模一直被蒙在鼓裡，直到2人分手後，經網友告知，江女才知自己的不雅照遭外洩，憤而提告，檢警追查發現陳女也受害，2人共向王男求償600萬元。王男出庭時，坦承犯行，辯稱不知道會這麼嚴重，但只願賠2人共30萬元。記者曾致電王男律師，但未獲回應。（吳珮如／台北報導）
