日本晶圓切割機大廠Disco 1日於日股盤後發布新聞稿宣布，因出貨數量持續維持於高水準、帶動精密加工工具銷售額較去年同期呈現大幅度增長，加上亞洲區域的OSAT(委外封測業)設備投資積極提振精密加工裝置銷售額也呈現增長，提振上季(2013年10-12月)非合併營收(初估值)達223.46億日圓，較去年同期相比大增21.9%、較前一季(2013年7-9月)相比也大增25.8%。

Disco並指出，2013年非合併營收年增9.2%至856.85億日圓，優於原先預估的842億日圓、創下史上新高水準。

Disco將在4月23日公佈上季合併營收初估數據，並將在5月12日公佈2013年財報。
