全球氣候變遷恐更惡化

聯合國跨政府氣候變遷問題小組（ＩＰＣＣ）卅一日發表報告警告，氣候變遷已對全球各洲造成廣泛影響，除非將溫室氣體排放納入掌控，氣候變遷問題可能急劇惡化。

報告指，氣候變遷將擴大本世紀的衝突、飢荒、洪災，且可能造成人類大遷移。報告說，現今全球人類與自然系統已經可以感受到氣候變遷的衝擊，氣溫每升高攝氏一度，影響即加劇，超過四度即會見到災難性後果。

新的報告旨在說明未來數十年，氣候變遷對人類社會的影響。科學家強調，氣候變遷已不是遙遠的問題，而是正在發生的事。
