硬糖卡喉嚨　控告診所疏失不起訴

基隆市詹姓女子膀胱發炎至診所就醫，護士施打抗生素及止痛針後，詹女與先生在候診室等候領藥，約10多分鐘後，詹女出現嘔吐、呼吸困難症狀，護士隨即進行拍背、口對口人工呼吸及心臟按摩，待救護車抵達後送基隆醫院，急診室護士進行插管急救時，才發現詹女喉嚨內含有1顆硬糖，詹女家人認為診所不該提供硬糖，控告業務過失致重傷害罪，診所護士辯稱作CPR時，詹女口中並無異物，否則就會使用哈姆立克急救法，將糖果擠壓出來，檢察官調查，因無法証明硬糖是診所提供的，全案偵結，不起訴處分。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
