台南市政府教育局今天在走馬瀨農場，辦理全市模範兒童表揚大會，由市長賴清德頒獎給366名當選兒童，新民國小鄭蓉嬪患有國內罕見的鐵質沈積症，行動不便仍舊好學，博愛國小陳君堯半月前罹患類風濕性關節炎，行動不便，入選總統教育獎，兩人都當選全市模範兒童。
