5個打1個 小六童被丟下13樓

〔自由時報記者邱奕統、薛翰駿／桃園報導〕桃園市國際路一段某大樓，昨傍晚5點多發生12歲小六許姓男童，遭活生生從13樓丟下樓致死命案！

22歲男帶頭丟下去

警方調查，許童並非該大樓住戶，他疑似和該大樓李姓同學有糾紛，被有智能障礙的江姓男子（22歲）、王姓男子（21歲）及3名小六學童，叫到該大樓談判，5人疑似圍毆許童後，由江男直接將他丟下樓，主嫌江男深夜坦承，不滿許童欺負他們，才會將他丟下去。

家屬哀慟欲絕，要求檢警嚴查。大樓鄰居指證說，看到6人在一樓中庭，不知何故一起到頂樓，聽到眾人爭吵聲，傍晚5點40分左右，男童就墜落中庭，警衛原以為是物品掉落，發現是名男童趕緊報警，其他5人倉皇從頂樓跑下。

警方將5人帶回，他們都供稱不知男童為何墜樓，但有人坦承到頂樓後，動手圍毆男童。由於樓頂女兒牆高150公分，警方研判許姓男童很難翻過，懷疑死因不單純。
