反服貿學生和民眾占領行政院爆發流血衝突，有員警在臉書留言，揚言血濺民眾，議員批評製造社會恐慌。台北市長郝龍斌今天表示，絕不允許極少數員警的個人情緒，抹殺絕大多數員警辛苦執勤、堅守崗位的辛勞，他也要求依相關規定處理。

郝龍斌對員警執勤辛苦表達慰問和感謝，還要求要嚴格要求、約束第一線執勤員警的態度，及遵守執行警勤執行規範。

北市府發言人張其強表示，郝龍斌並未針對個案，員警在臉書留言是單一個案，不能代表警察局，更也不能代表參與執勤的警方，不當言論的員警已遭記申誡兩次，外界不要刻意放大解讀，對其他第一線執勤員警是不公平的事。
