麻煩幫小弟推薦一下雙耳耳道式藍芽耳機

小弟的老婆想買藍芽耳機，
主要需求是在散步時聽聽KKBOX的音樂，
以及上班時看能否偷聽音樂....XD
音質希望可以細膩一點，不要像智慧型手機附的那樣陽春，
預算希望能在3000元以下，若是可以2000元更好，

原本是想說買單耳掛的偷聽時比較不會被發現，
但爬文發現單耳道就不用想會有立體聲了，
所以想買像下面這個網址這種沒有線的耳機，

不知道這個是叫雙耳耳道式還是後掛式?
還是說有雙耳掛的嗎?
麻煩各位大大幫我推薦一下哪一款比較適合我的需求，
